Colin Boisvert Chef

Holding a degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University, Colin is the Food Service Director for Franklin Public Schools, MA. He believes that preparing your own food is the cornerstone of a healthy diet. He is a chef that brings healthy cooking to the kitchen with classic techniques.  

Sabrina Hafner Assistant Camp Director

Sabrina received her bachelor’s degree in nutrition and psychology from the U Mass, Amherst.  She is currently a dietetic intern and is getting her graduate degree in nutrition at URI.  She is passionate about childhood nutrition and has 2 years of experience educating children through nutrition-based programs. 

Savannah Champagne Adm. Assistant, Registrar

A Met School, Providence graduate, Savannah began as a Fitcook camp counselor.  She is an aspiring herbalist/entrepreneur who launched Shangr-la Remedies.
